Everyone, hot days continue, how are you?
We stopped our activity due to the Corona Virus for long time.

Finally the time to Re start our activities has come out and we are ready to our first event.
We welcomed new member chefs and further improved our team.
On August 30, this month, we will hold the first restart event and popup bar event in Shibuya.
The first collaboration event of chef Yoshiaki Izumi and chef Felipe Gomez!
A marriage of Spanish wine and sake!
There is a limit to the number of people (15 people) in order to avoid being crowded as a measure against coronavirus.
In order to have a safe and enjoyable time we taking some anti-infection measures, we ask all of you who come to the D & M event to wear a mask.
We also thoroughly disinfect with alcohol, plus  temperature Check.
We would like to ask for your cooperation in preventing virus infection.
We were looking forward to enjoying with you through the gastronomy and friendships.
I am coexisting with the new everyday life, Coronavirus, but I would like to overcome it.

Max capacity: 15 persons at the same time. We will schedule all booking by time so please let us know your coming time.
Special Pop Up bar event with 2 chefs.
Chefs:
Felipe Gomez (Spain) & Izumi Yoshiaki (japan). First event collaboration for this 2 chefs, our D&M founder Felipe Gomez will be meeting for cooking with Izumi.
He is a Japanese French cuisine chef that had his own French restaurant in Minami Azabu and after worked as a chef for a company food chain.
Food Menu:
Felipe Gomez Food
– Conger Pike and awabitake Paella. 1 person 1800¥.
– Charcoal Cooked Iberico Pork Shoulder with Spiced Couscous and Romesco sauce. 2250¥.
– Duck Terrine with Blueberry Mustard Sour cream. 900¥.

Izumi Yoshiaki food:
– Sake Yoneyamada Nishiki mousse Jelly. 1000¥.
– Summer truffle salad, scent of fish sauce 1500¥.
– Omar shrimp cream omelet 1300¥.
– Natsuka deer carpaccio and summer vegetable tartar. 1800¥.

Drink menu:
Spanish Wine selected by Felipe Gomez. 750¥ to 1000¥ per glass.
Nihonsu selected By Izumi Yoshiaki.

Charge : No table charge.
Location :We are 1 min away from Shibuya station, west mall Shibuya Mark City.
This event is a Pop up bar and one day only so you can come any time and leave any time. Just make sure to let us know you will join and the time to make sure you have seats availability.
We are following Corona hygienic measurements. So please cooperate with us for hands cleaning and temperature checks.
