Hello everyone!!
Firstable I’d like to wish to all of you the best for this ending 2019 and beginning of 2020.
Last month we had few nice events we would like to share with you.
Cheese and wine fair:
we spend good time with our guests drinking and eating cheese.
People so did enjoy a lot and many of our guests decided to buy cheese back home.
We are glad to provide new experiences and introducing new flavours to our guests.Even happier when they enjoy and they take part of the event home like they did.
Paella Making class: We had a small cooking class to learn paella.
Just a few guests but we had fun cutting the rabbit and the chicken and making the paella from scratch.
Michelin 4 hands dinner.
We had a amazing collaboration with D&M chef felipe and a michelin starred chef with also a wine expert in a pairing dinner at luxury kitchen Poggenpohl.
From the reception canapés with champagne and vermouth to a elegant decanted Mencia from 2012.We had a lot of amazing dishes from 2 talented chefs.
Vinomio party.
We collaborated with Vinomio en the D&M Bar for tasting some of selected spanish wines from the south spain.
Buffet Style food menu but our chef felipe.
