Experienced with spanish,french and italian cuisine for more than 15 years.

Working as Headchef, souschef and commis chef in restaurants around Spain,Uk and Japan.

From Traditional Spanish food and Tapas bar in Toledo  (spain) a few years in a italian restaurant in London then to joined the Jose Pizarro Team in his Tapas bar and new restaurant in london for few years.

Arriving in Japan before a short experience in bangkok to be the headchef in a spanish traditional restaurant in shinjuku (Toro) to a sous chef in a modern spanish dining restaurant in Ginza.

Teaching spanish cuisine by Tadaku and then creating D&M to organize his own events.

The last few years has been working in french restaurant in Ebisu and doing consulting for few restaurants around tokyo.

Including a wine bar in tamachi with his fusion tapas menu.

I’m felipe. I’ve been in tokyo since 2012.

For me being here and working here has help me a lot to rise my love and knowledge for cook.

Now i want to focus more in creating new things and experience more people food and that’s one of the reason i join D&M.

I’m looking forward discover new wines,cooking with the freshness seasonal products for a bunch of new people that will become new friends.B

Because here is not just about food but also making new friends.
