Daniel started to learn cook from his mother when he was a tennager.Then he joined school and learned from many difference chefs and cooks.

Working in Uk,madrid,valencia and arrived japan in 2011.

He working as food consulting and opened few restaurants in shinjuku and ogikubo and also working for others in ginza,toranomon.
